Spokane First is a Jesus-first church, helping people live Jesus-first lives. We are a 100-year-old church with deep roots in our city. We’re a church full of imperfect, broken people who are coming to know Jesus and serving others together. Regardless of your story, we believe you belong! So, whatever your story, questions, doubts, fears, or struggles, you are free to be yourself. Our desire is that you will experience Jesus in a real and life-changing way.

WHAT A SUNDAY LOOKS LIKE

  • A host will welcome those in attendance, both in person and online, and also provide direction for the service.

  • The band will play a few songs.

  • Kids will be dismissed to their programs.

  • A pastor will teach from the bible.

  • We will respond with prayer and sometimes communion.

  • The band will end with a song or two.

What kind of church are you? 

Spokane First is is a christian church in Spokane that's all about Jesus. We are affiliated with the Assemblies of God.

Is there a dress code?

Yes, whatever is comfortable. Most people wear jeans and dress casually at our church, including the pastors.

Can I bring my kids?

Yes, we love kids! Our Kids ministry is a safe, fun, age-appropriate environment for your children. We also provide a resource team and room to accommodate children with special needs every Sunday at the 10:30AM service. All the kids can be checked in in the main lobby or right outside our kids space. Kids ages 3 and up will be in the service with mom and dad and then dismissed to their age-appropriate environments.

What entrance should I use? 

Our main entrance is on the Lincoln side of our building. Every entrance will have greeters and coffee with our Connection Center in our main lobby for those who are newer!

What should I expect when I show up? 

A welcoming environment, imperfect people, music from our band, and an honest message from a Pastor.
